Delivery & Transport
Euro Lift Master SRL provides structured and secure delivery solutions for equipment supplied in Romania and internationally.
Dispatch and release of the equipment are performed only after full payment of the equipment value, in accordance with the agreed quotation and/or sales contract. After full payment is confirmed, the equipment is scheduled for loading and shipment to the agreed destination. Euro Lift Master SRL reserves the right to suspend delivery where full payment has not been confirmed.
1. Transport Options
a) Collection by the Buyer
The equipment may be collected by the Buyer or by a carrier appointed by the Buyer from our facility in Baia Mare, Maramureș, Romania.
- Transport organization is the Buyer’s responsibility.
- Risk of loss or damage transfers to the Buyer at the moment the equipment is handed over to the Buyer or the Buyer’s appointed carrier, or upon loading onto the transport vehicle (as applicable).
b) Transport Organized by Euro Lift Master SRL
Upon request, Euro Lift Master SRL can organize domestic and international transport through specialized heavy machinery logistics partners.
- Where applicable, transport is performed under CMR documentation.
- Loading is carried out in accordance with applicable safety requirements.
- Optional cargo insurance can be arranged upon request, as agreed commercially.
2. Handover Procedure & Documentation
For transparency and secure delivery, the following may be completed at the time of loading/hand-over:
- Photos of the equipment are taken to confirm its condition prior to transport.
- A handover report (delivery & acceptance protocol) is prepared and signed.
- A fiscal invoice is issued.
- All necessary commercial and transport documents are provided to ensure safe and compliant handover.
By signing the handover documents, the parties confirm that the equipment has been released in appropriate condition, unless specific remarks are recorded in writing at the time of handover.
3. Risk Transfer
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, risk of loss or damage transfers as follows:
- Buyer collection: risk transfers to the Buyer upon handover to the Buyer or the Buyer’s appointed carrier (and/or upon loading, as applicable).
- Transport organized by Euro Lift Master SRL: risk transfer and responsibility allocation are defined by the agreed Incoterms in the sales contract.
4. Damage in Transit
In the event of damage occurring during transport:
- If transport is organized by the Buyer: any claims related to transport damage shall be addressed directly to the Buyer’s contracted carrier.
- If transport is organized by Euro Lift Master SRL: claims are handled in accordance with the CMR documentation and the applicable insurance terms (where insurance applies).
- Visible damage must be recorded at delivery time on the transport documents and confirmed by the carrier/driver.
Euro Lift Master SRL shall not be liable for damage occurring after handover and risk transfer, except where expressly provided otherwise in the sales contract.
5. Transport Costs
Transport costs may be included in the equipment price or invoiced separately, depending on the commercial terms agreed with our sales team and confirmed in the quotation and/or sales contract.
