Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of new and second-hand machinery and equipment by Euro Lift Master SRL.
By placing an order, making a payment, or signing a sales agreement, the Buyer confirms acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

2. Scope of Application

These Terms apply to all quotations, orders, sales agreements, deliveries, and sales of equipment supplied by Euro Lift Master SRL, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

The Terms apply to both business customers (B2B) and private consumers (B2C).

3. Product Information and Description

Product descriptions, images, technical specifications, and performance data are provided for informational purposes. Minor variations may occur without affecting equipment functionality or compliance.

Second-hand equipment is sold according to its technical condition at the time of delivery and based on the information provided to the Buyer.

4. Prices and Payment

Prices are stated in EUR or RON, as indicated in the quotation or invoice, and may be displayed excluding VAT.
VAT is applied in accordance with applicable legislation.

Payment terms are agreed individually and confirmed by quotation, invoice, and/or contract.

Ownership of the equipment transfers to the Buyer only after full payment has been received by Euro Lift Master SRL.

5. Delivery and Transfer of Risk

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on manufacturer availability, logistics, and external factors.

Risk transfers to the Buyer upon delivery or handover to the carrier.

6. Warranty

6.1 New Equipment

New equipment benefits from the manufacturer’s warranty, according to the warranty certificate and the manufacturer’s terms and conditions.
Warranty duration and coverage are determined by the manufacturer.

6.2 Second-Hand Equipment

Second-hand equipment may be sold with a limited warranty (if explicitly stated in the quotation or contract) or without warranty, in which case this will be clearly communicated to the Buyer.

For private consumers (B2C), statutory consumer rights regarding product conformity apply in accordance with Romanian and EU legislation.

7. Liability

Euro Lift Master SRL is not liable for improper use, failure to follow operating instructions, unauthorized modifications, or indirect damages including loss of profit.

To the extent permitted by law, total liability is limited to the value of the purchased equipment.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Romania. Any disputes shall be settled by the competent courts of Romania.
